Atrium Health’s new state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte’s Midtown neighborhood is known as Kenilworth Medical Office Building 1 & 2. The  400,000 SF Medical Office Buildings and 500,000 SF Parking Deck project integrates a range of top-rated specialty services across disciplines into one location and is located less than 1 mile from Atrium Health's main campus, Carolinas Medical Center. The (2) 8-story Facilities include more than 250 rooms, cardiovascular care, neurosciences, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology and palliative care, among other services. Atrium’s intent for this project was to take away the silos of these specialty care departments and allow them to collaborate under one roof. The project team led by Brasfield & Gorrie adapted this same collaborative approach to construct this amazing facility and provide the best quality of care for the patients of Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
