The UNC Health Rex Holly Springs Hospital project consisted of a brand new 8-story, 232,308 SF community hospital complete with (50) inpatient beds, operating rooms, full-service emergency department with (24) patient bays, MRI, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, (7) labor and delivery rooms, C-section operating suite, OB emergency bays, nursery and food services. The project also included a brand new 14,000 SF central energy plant and helicopter pad.
