Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a team approach that integrates people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the experience, knowledge and insight of all participants to optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency. Adams Electric has extensive experience in IPD and enjoys the team approach and value it brings to our General Contractors and Clients.

Integrated LEAN Project Delivery (ILPD)

ILPD marries the efficiency of LEAN practices with the collaboration of Integrated Project Delivery. A method that eliminates waste and inefficiency while increasing quality and value. This process combines the collaboration of Integrated Project Delivery with the waste reducing principles of LEAN management. The marriage of these methods ensures open, honest teamwork aroud a common vision for the project. The ILPD process empowers each project team member to collectively explore any potential risks and opportunities to the project and explore all solutions as a united team.
